having a wee issue. On my 14 ST, the little flap that covers the filler neck won't open, and I can't get the fuel nozzle in. Has anyone else had this happen? Any insights?

Yes it was the gasoline pump. I tried also with my finger and couldn't find a way to get it to open.

If it doesn't fit in, brute force. It will be a bit tight but just keep ramming it in there until you break the seal.

how cold is it there? could it have frozen? If so, you should look into why there is so much water there.

Hit it with a crowbar until it cooperates.

You can't just ram it in there, you gotta warm it up a little first. Did you try buying it flowers?

Maybe it has some sort of vapor lock issue. Try it with the car running and with it off?

Did you try sweet talking it? Flowers and candy? A new tennis bracelet?

Sounds like a serious problem considering the way people talk about the FoST mpgs.

Dance for it? Real seductive like.

Check the manual. There is a procedure for fixing this.
